Imelda is a mother of three beautiful children. When she is not serving her clients, most of her time is spent with them. The other half of that time, Imelda helps at her church. Giving and helping others is very important to her. Imelda believes that she has been given so much; she too has to give some of those graces that have been gifted to her.
Originally from southern California, Imelda moved to Colorado in 2002, and fell in love with the state instantly. She says that there is truly no other place like Colorado. Being from California, Imelda is fully fluent in English and Spanish.
Imelda has an extensive background assisting first-time homebuyers and self-employed borrowers. She has a great deal of experience in conventional loans, government lending, investment property lending, and down payment assistance programs.
